I established Eralis Partners to work alongside claimant teams pursuing complex collective redress — helping them secure and structure litigation finance with clarity, discipline and commercial realism.

I work as a partner to claimant lawyers and representatives, translating complex disputes into investable assets and guiding them through the realities of the funding market. Drawing on a decade as a commercial litigator with six years underwriting and managing investments for leading litigation funders, I bring both courtroom insight and an investor’s perspective to every mandate.

The result is durable alignment between claimants and capital providers, enabling cases to move forward with confidence from development through funding and beyond.
